Replacement Operator

Our client contacted us after a supermarket home delivery van reversed into their gates and smashed the entire motor operator on one side of the double swing gates.
It was plain to see that the entire FAAC 391E operator needed replacing and would also require it’s new Control Board be programmed after the original hardware was comprehensively damaged.

Fortunately, we have a great relationship with our supplier and received the replacement operator within two days and completed the repair just four days after the initial callout.
Furthermore, we were able to liaise with one of our Preferred Partner Artisan Blacksmiths from Edinburgh to organise the repair of our clients iron gates.

Auto Entry were able to complete the repairs in around six hours, this included the reprogramming of nearly a dozen key fobs and a second inspection of the entire system to ensure 100% that there was no other damage to the entry system.
