Annual Gate Service

We were asked to undertake an assessment and full service of the impressive and historic Kings Gates at Dalkeith Country Park and a smaller electric gate entrance system within the Estate. Having not been serviced for several years and with some obvious signs of wear, we later carried out a raft of remedial works which brought the installations up to standards.

Our assessment uncovered several areas which required attention, including the cleaning of the underground operator enclosures, non-standard electrical wiring, photocell obstructions and IP breaches.

All documentation was provided to the Estate Management and a follow up Annual Service Agreement put in place.
