Keypad Chaos in Kircaldy

Our commercial customer based in Kircaldy called us during out-of-hours and requested an engineer to attend site as a matter of urgency as nobody could access the site via the keypad, such as employees, truck drivers and business owners. The large sliding gates open and close automatically throughout normal business hours Monday to Friday but during out-of-hours entry via a keypad is the only way to get in.

Sticky buttons were observed and noted as part of the previous service which we carried out but the customer decided not to go ahead at this time with a keypad replacement. Subsequently, the unit has failed and Auto Entry were tasked to attend promptly, let the tenants onto the site and replace the faulty unit.

Kircaldy businesses are now flowing freely on this site.
